The process of designing the behavior and interactions between users and products or services.
Beginner competence definition
At the beinning level, individuals can design simple interactions and user flows using wireframes or prototypes. They have a basic understanding of interaction design principles and best practices, and are familiar with common interaction design patterns and techniques.
Intermediate competence definition
Intermediate-level individuals are skilled in designing complex and engaging interactions that enhance the user experience. They can use user testing data to inform and validate interaction design decisions. They also understand how to design interactions that are accessible and inclusive for all users.
Advanced competence definition
Advanced individuals are experts in designing innovative and impactful interactions that solve complex design problems. They’re skilled in integrating emerging technologies and trends into interaction design (e.g. voice, gesture, etc.), and have an understanding of how to design interactions that are intuitive, engaging, and emotionally meaningful for users.
