Intermediate individuals can interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory requirements. They can develop and implement compliance programs and monitor their effectiveness. Intermediate professionals are also able to provide training to their team and stakeholders on compliance.
Advanced competence definition
Advanced-level professionals have a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and are able to identify potential issues and develop solutions. They can communicate effectively with external regulators and other stakeholders. We have found that they are also able to develop strategies for continuous improvement in compliance and drive a culture of compliance within the organization.
