Entrepreneurial thinking

Entrepreneurial thinking is the ability to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and innovate, equal to an entrepreneur, within an organizational context. For emerging leaders, it specifically refers to spurring growth and advancement by creating strategic, forward-thinking solutions to meet evolving business challenges and consumer needs.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are exploring entrepreneurial thinking. You exhibit curiosity, recognize opportunities, take calculated risks, and begin investing your ideas into creating solutions for organizational challenges.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to identify and seize opportunities for innovation and growth, thinking creatively and strategically to drive entrepreneurial initiatives within your organization as an Emerging Leader.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are pioneering new ideas, taking calculated risks, and driving innovation within your organization. You consistently demonstrate a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, inspiring others to do the same.
