Resilience Building
Resilience Building is the capacity of emerging leaders to endure adversity, recover quickly from setbacks, and adapt positively to change by boosting personal and team resilience, thus promoting a higher level of organizational productivity, stability, and employee well-being.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to develop resilience. You respond to setbacks positively, demonstrating adaptability while learning from challenges to bounce back stronger than before.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are able to effectively bounce back from setbacks, demonstrating strength and adaptability in navigating challenges. You actively seek feedback and support to enhance your resilience.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are adept at fostering resilience in yourself and others, navigating challenges with composure, adaptability, and unwavering determination in your role as an Emerging Leader.
