User Interface (UI) Design is the Product Management capability of creating intuitive, efficient, and satisfying interactions between users and a product, through crafting the visual, interactive elements and layouts that facilitate user experience, meeting user needs, and driving product success.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand fundamental principles of UI design, capable of creating basic, functional interfaces with guidance from more experienced product managers.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to design user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, aligning with the product strategy and effectively communicating the product's value proposition to customers.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, leading to increased product adoption and customer satisfaction in Product Management.
