Computer Literacy

Computer Literacy refers to the ability to utilise computer-based technology in managing, processing, and accessing information. It includes basic proficiency in operating systems, software applications, internet navigation, troubleshooting, and understanding the significance of digital safety and security.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are starting to familiarize yourself with basic computer operations and tasks. You can navigate, create simple documents, perform basic file management, and use internet functions.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to independently navigate various computer platforms, troubleshoot basic technical issues, utilize software effectively, and adapt to new technologies with minimal guidance.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are proficient in using a wide range of software and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently. You can adapt to new technologies quickly and efficiently.
