At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand sustainable sourcing and ethical principles. You're learning to evaluate suppliers with environmental and social responsibilities in mind.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are able to effectively implement sustainable sourcing practices, monitor suppliers for ethical compliance, and actively engage in initiatives to improve supply chain transparency and social responsibility.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are able to lead the implementation of ethical sourcing practices, ensuring transparency, fair labor conditions, and environmental sustainability throughout the supply chain to promote Corporate Social Responsibility.
