LGBTQ+ Inclusion Practices is the ability to foster a safe and respectful environment in an organization where Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and other non-conforming identities are recognised, valued and can attain their full potential, contributing to a diversified, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are becoming aware and understanding of LGBTQ+ inclusion practices, learning to respect and appreciate varied experiences and self-identities in a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to implement LGBTQ+ inclusive practices effectively, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are actively implementing LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, providing training on LGBTQ+ issues, creating a supportive environment, and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and visibility within the organization.
