Employee Resource Group Facilitation

Employee Resource Group Facilitation is the ability to implement and manage inclusive employee groups, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion by drawing on employees' unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to foster a supportive work environment. This capability builds on open communication, unbiased decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to facilitate employee resource groups, understand diversity, equity & inclusion context, participate in discussions and actively promote respectful, inclusive behaviors in a group setting.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively facilitate Employee Resource Groups to create an inclusive environment, foster diversity, and promote equity within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to facilitate Employee Resource Groups with a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, creating an inclusive environment for all members to thrive.
