Global Diversity Management

Global Diversity Management is the practice of recognizing, understanding, and strategically managing cultural differences, varied perspectives, and inclusive tactics within a global organization, thereby promoting equality, social justice, and inclusiveness, for a strengthened multicultural workforce and harmonious organizational environment.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are developing awareness and understanding of global diversity. You are starting to apply this knowledge, focusing on promoting equity and inclusion in your immediate work environment.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively navigate and address global diversity challenges, implementing inclusive practices that support equity across different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to strategically develop and implement global diversity initiatives that foster inclusivity and equity across diverse cultures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
