Equity Impact Assessment

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to acquire skills in Equity Impact Assessment, understanding basic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles, and starting to apply these to your role.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to conduct thorough equity impact assessments to identify and address potential biases and disparities, ensuring fair and inclusive outcomes within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to conduct comprehensive Equity Impact Assessments, effectively analyzing policies and practices to ensure they promote fairness, equality, and inclusivity within the organization.
