Reverse Logistics Management

Reverse Logistics Management is the operational strategy of planning, implementing, and controlling flows of raw materials, in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of consumption to point of origin for recovery, reuse, recycling or proper disposal within a supply chain context.

At an advanced level, you are able to demonstrate a deep understanding and implementation of reverse logistics management strategies within the context of supply chain management, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
