Quality Planning

Quality Planning is the systematic process of identifying, defining and implementing quality assurance strategies, ensuring quality standards are incorporated at all project stages. It includes setting objectives, defining processes, drawing up a schedule, and allocating resources to quality assurance tasks.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand quality planning principles. You're learning to develop, analyze, and modify quality plans to ensure organizational efficiency in Quality Assurance.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to develop comprehensive quality plans that ensure products or services meet established standards, consistently improving processes and reducing risks within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to develop comprehensive quality plans that align with organizational goals, effectively manage resources, anticipate potential risks, and implement quality improvement strategies proactively.
