Quality Metrics and KPIs

Quality Metrics and KPIs is the process of identifying, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to the performance of Quality Assurance activities. It establishes measurable standards for assessing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, consequently driving continuous improvement in product and service quality.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are developing an understanding of key quality metrics & KPIs in Quality Assurance. You're beginning to interpret these measures to identify quality performance indicators.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to identify, define, and successfully implement relevant quality metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to develop and implement sophisticated quality metrics and KPIs that drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest levels of quality assurance within the organization.
