Feasibility Analysis

Feasibility Analysis is an evaluative tool in Project Management used to determine the viability of a project before investing substantial time and resources, taking into account practical economic, technical, legal and scheduling considerations, helping organizations identify potential dangers and maximize potential benefits.

Level 2: Proficient

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to conduct in-depth feasibility analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and constraints within the project scope to make informed decisions and recommendations for successful project outcomes.
