Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are skilled in identifying project failures, developing recovery plans, and implementing corrective actions to get the project back on track within established timelines and budgets.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are proficient in executing strategies to recover projects facing challenges, such as scope changes, budget overruns, and schedule delays, to ensure successful project completion.
