This includes managing customer queries through phone calls or digital channels, troubleshooting issues remotely and conveying crucial information efficiently and effectively, while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are developing your understanding of basic telecommunication tools. You're learning to effectively communicate and respond appropriately within a professional Frontline Worker context.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively use various communication tools to promptly and accurately convey information to customers and colleagues in a Frontline Worker role.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to effectively communicate through various telecommunication channels to address complex frontline worker issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and enhancing overall team collaboration.
