Ethical judgment is the emerging leader's ability to discern right from wrong in various organizational situations, involving decision making that aligns with ethical standards and principles. It includes the responsibility to uphold integrity, demonstrate transparency, and promote a culture of honesty within a professional environment.

Level 1: Emerging

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to navigate complex ethical dilemmas with thoughtfulness and integrity, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical decision-making in your role as an Emerging Leader.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to navigate complex ethical dilemmas with wisdom and integrity, demonstrating a deep understanding of ethical principles and their application within the context of Emerging Leaders.
