Learning agility

Learning agility is the capability of emerging leaders to quickly absorb new information, adapt to changing situations, and apply learned skills effectively in unfamiliar contexts. It emphasizes the transformation of knowledge into action, promoting a continuous improvement mindset amidst evolutions within the organization.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are curious and open to new experiences. You learn quickly from successes and failures, and actively seek opportunities to grow and develop skills for leadership.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are adept at quickly grasping new concepts, adapting to change, and seeking out opportunities for learning and growth as an Emerging Leader within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply insights to lead effectively in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of Emerging Leaders.
