Infodemic Management is the capacity of emerging leaders to discern, interpret, and manage vast amounts of information, particularly during crisis environments. This involves filtering critical data, avoiding misinformation, effectively disseminating accurate information, and guiding teams towards informed decision-making.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to develop an understanding of infodemic management, navigating and discerning the reliability of vast information while forming your approach to effective communication.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are adept at navigating and addressing the challenges posed by misinformation and ensuring accurate information is disseminated effectively within the organization as an Emerging Leader.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are able to effectively navigate and manage complex information landscapes, identifying misinformation and disinformation to make informed decisions and lead others in combating infodemics confidently.
