User-Centered Design

Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand user-centered design. You're building empathy and responsiveness for user needs while developing research-oriented solutions. Your design ideas consider user perspective and experience.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are able to consistently apply user-centered design principles to research and development projects, ensuring that products and services meet user needs effectively and efficiently.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are able to lead and execute user-centered design projects in R&D, incorporating user feedback and research to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
