Adaptability and Flexibility is the ability of a Frontline Worker to adjust their approach and strategies regarding dynamic environments, varying customer demands, and shifting organizational priorities. It includes capitalising on change, acclimating to new procedures, policies, or roles, and dealing effectively with uncertainty.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are starting to show resilience when facing changes at work. You exhibit willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new situations.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to quickly adjust to changing frontline work demands, displaying flexibility in handling various situations and adapting to new challenges effectively within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at quickly adjusting to new processes, technologies, and situations in a fast-paced frontline environment. You excel in embracing change and proactively seeking innovative solutions.
