Basic Cybersecurity Awareness is the essential understanding of online threats and risks applicable to Frontline Workers. It involves recognition of common cyber threats, adherence to secure online practices, maintaining data privacy, and basic preparedness to respond efficiently to potential cyber security incidents within an organization.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are aware of basic cyber threats and understand fundamental precautions. You practise safe browsing, identify phishing attempts, and follow password protection protocols for frontline worker roles.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are aware of common cybersecurity threats and best practices to protect company and personal data. You can identify phishing emails and practice safe internet browsing habits.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks in your day-to-day activities as a Frontline Worker, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and systems.
