Basic Data Analysis and Reporting

Basic Data Analysis and Reporting is the fundamental skill for Frontline Workers to collect, review, and interpret data pertinent to their duties, and create reports or presentations based on their findings. This capability enhances decision-making, service productivity, and operational efficiency in their roles.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are expected to understand and interpret basic data sets, execute simple analytical tasks, and provide clear, concise reports based on your findings.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively analyze and report on data relevant to your role as a Frontline Worker, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to independently analyze complex data, draw insightful conclusions, and create detailed reports to inform decision-making for frontline operations within the organization.
