Basic IT Skills is the fundamental proficiency in digital technology needed by Frontline Workers. This includes understanding and utilizing essential software, such as office applications and email, troubleshooting minor tech issues, safe online practices, and basic knowledge in operating specialized tools or devices relevant to their role.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand and operate basic IT systems. You can troubleshoot simple issues and demonstrate core IT skills required for frontline work.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to confidently navigate basic IT systems and software relevant to your role, effectively utilizing tools such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are adept at utilizing various IT tools and systems to enhance productivity, solve complex issues efficiently, and provide valuable support to frontline operations.
