This includes problem detection, routine equipment checks, simple troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, prioritizing safety, reliability, and efficiency within the operational environment.'

At an emerging level, you are starting to perform necessary basic maintenance tasks under close supervision. You're learning tool use and safety, with a focus on following established procedures.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level, you are able to perform basic maintenance tasks independently and efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities in a frontline worker role.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are proficient in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment issues independently, and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in the Frontline Worker role.
