Basic Sales Techniques

Basic Sales Techniques is the ability for Frontline Workers to apply fundamental selling approaches and principles effectively. This includes understanding customer's needs, persuasive communication, presenting products or services appealingly, handling objections, and closing sales, all while maintaining ethical and customer-focused practices.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are familiar with key sales techniques. You can demonstrate basic customer interaction, product presentation, and effective closure while seeking guidance and reassurance.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively utilize basic sales techniques to engage customers, identify their needs, and close sales transactions in a Frontline Worker role.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to expertly apply a variety of sales techniques to effectively engage with customers, exceed sales targets, and drive business growth as a Frontline Worker.
