It serves to identify areas requiring improvement, promote superior practices, and support decision-making to enhance overall operational effectiveness and product quality.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are familiarizing yourself with benchmarking concepts in Quality Assurance, learning best practices, competently gathering information, and beginning to compare outcomes against set standards.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively utilize benchmarking tools and techniques to compare and analyze processes, identify best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance framework.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to effectively implement benchmarking techniques to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes within the organization.
