CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) is a systematic approach within the Quality Assurance field, focused on identifying, investigating and rectifying non-conformities or potential issues to prevent their recurrence, improving overall product quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance in an organization's processes and systems.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are gaining foundational knowledge of CAPA within Quality Assurance. You are learning to identify and correct non-conformances and prevent their recurrence with guidance from your seniors.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) within a Quality Assurance framework, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement in processes.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to proactively identify trends, root causes, and systemic issues to implement effective corrective and preventive actions within the Quality Assurance framework.
