Communication Analytics

Communication Analytics is the systematised measurement, collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from corporate communication channels. It provides insights to improve strategies, monitor employee engagement, identify communication gaps, and assess the effectiveness of messaging within an organizational context.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are starting to explore Communication Analytics. You understand fundamental concepts and are beginning to apply these to analyze and evaluate corporate communication strategies and initiatives.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively analyze data to measure the impact of communication strategies and make informed decisions to enhance corporate messaging and engagement.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to interpret and analyze data from various communication channels to extract insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance corporate communication strategies effectively.
