Corporate Communications

Corporate Communications is the capability to strategically develop, execute, and manage internal and external communications that effectively build and maintain the corporation's brand, stakeholder relationships, and overall business development, enhancing understanding and perception of organizational objectives, values, and activities.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to grasp the basics of corporate communications. You can draft simple messages, understand basic communication protocols in a corporate development environment.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively communicate the organization's strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and enhancing the company's reputation within the industry.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to craft and deliver complex corporate messages strategically, maintaining cohesive internal and external communication to support corporate development goals effectively.
