Customer focus is the proficiency of Emerging Leaders to identify, understand, and prioritize customers' needs and expectations, thereby ensuring solutions and organizational strategies are customer-oriented. It entails translating customer insights into actionable plans, fostering customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, attentively listen to feedback and actively respond, initiating customer-focused solutions within your team.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are adept at identifying and understanding the needs and preferences of customers, actively seeking feedback, and consistently delivering high-quality solutions to meet their expectations as an Emerging Leader.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to deeply understand customer needs and preferences, anticipate future trends, and proactively tailor strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction as an Emerging Leader.
