Decision making

Decision making is the ability of emerging leaders to evaluate, choose and implement appropriate solutions from various alternatives, using sound judgement, analytical skills and strategic foresight, in a timely manner. This includes considering team input, assessing risks, implications, and aligning decisions with organizational goals.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are developing your ability to make informed decisions. You consider multiple perspectives and potential impacts before selecting the best course of action.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to make well-informed decisions that align with the vision and goals of the organization, while considering potential risks and alternatives as Emerging Leaders.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to make complex decisions confidently, considering all factors and potential consequences, while effectively leading others through the decision-making process as an Emerging Leader.
