DEI Advocacy and Allyship

DEI Advocacy and Allyship is the ability to actively support and participate in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within an organization. It involves learning, understanding, and leveraging various identities and experiences to foster an empathetic and inclusive work environment.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to recognize the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You're taking the initial steps towards advocating for DEI and exploring allyship within your organization.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are actively advocating for DEI initiatives and consistently demonstrating allyship by supporting underrepresented groups and challenging discriminatory behaviors in the workplace.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are a vocal advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively challenging bias and discrimination, and taking meaningful actions to support marginalized groups.
