Digital Communication refers to the ability to effectively exchange information using digital platforms. It encompasses online collaboration, email etiquette, understanding of digital tools like video confericine, social networks, and the ability to adapt to new digital trends used to communicate within the professional environment.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to interpret and use digital tools for communication, but may need assistance. You can send emails, messages and understand basic online etiquette.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are adept at utilizing various digital communication tools effectively to convey information clearly and professionally, fostering effective collaboration and communication within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to engage in complex and strategic digital communication, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of various tools, platforms, and methods to effectively convey your message.
