Digital Problem-Solving

Digital Problem-Solving refers to the ability to leverage digital resources and tools in order to identify, understand and address complex challenges. This includes finding and evaluating digital information, implementing digital solutions effectively, and learning from feedback to improve tech-based strategy and execution.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to use digital tools to identify and solve basic problems. You have foundational understanding of digital technology and can apply it in simple contexts.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to identify and solve complex digital problems using a variety of tools and strategies effectively. You can independently troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at analyzing complex digital problems, developing creative solutions using advanced tools and techniques, and effectively implementing them to achieve desired outcomes within the organization.
