Digital Research Skills refer to the ability to utilise digital tools and platforms effectively to locate, evaluate, and integrate information. It includes critical analysis, data interpretation, understanding of digital ethics, discerning credibility of online resources, and the aptitude to apply this knowledge in solving job-specific concerns.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are starting to effectively use technology to find, evaluate and utilise digital information; increasingly aware of verifying sources and handling data appropriately in a digital context.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to effectively search for, evaluate, and synthesize information from digital sources to support decision-making and problem-solving within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are adept at conducting in-depth digital research, using advanced search strategies, critically evaluating sources, synthesizing information, and effectively communicating findings to inform decision-making within the organization.
