Diversity and Inclusion Training

Diversity and Inclusion Training is the process of developing awareness, knowledge and skills among employees to understand, respect and value the diverse backgrounds and experiences in the workplace, fostering an inclusive organizational culture for learning and professional advancement.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are beginning to understand and apply basic principles of diversity and inclusion in Learning and Development, consistently demonstrating respect for all perspectives.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to design and deliver comprehensive diversity and inclusion training programs that effectively address learning needs and promote a culture of inclusivity within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive diversity and inclusion training programs that drive organizational change and foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
