Diversity Auditing
Diversity Auditing is the systematic evaluation of an organization's internal policies, processes and behaviors. This involves measuring inclusivity, ensuring equal opportunities, and assessing representation of diverse groups, with an aim to identify areas of improvement towards a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment.
Level 1: Emerging

Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level, you are able to conduct thorough diversity audits, identifying gaps and areas for improvement within the organization's DE&I practices. You can analyze data to drive meaningful change.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are adept at conducting comprehensive diversity audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to promote a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization.
