At a proficient level, you are able to effectively manage the electronic discovery process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and producing relevant digital evidence for legal proceedings within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to effectively manage and oversee the entire e-discovery process, including data collection, preservation, review, and production, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards.
