Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are beginning to understand and apply basic Educational Research Methods, such as literature reviews and data analysis, relevant to Learning and Development within your organization.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to independently design, conduct, and analyze educational research using appropriate methods to inform and evaluate learning and development initiatives within the organization.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are proficient in critically evaluating educational research methods, designing robust research projects, and using data to inform and drive strategic Learning and Development initiatives within organizations.
