Environmental awareness
Environmental awareness is the understanding and comprehension of the environmental factors, risks, and opportunities that could potentially impact the operational and strategic decisions made by Emerging Leaders. This includes the ability to identify sustainable practices and incorporate them into the business strategy for long-term growth and success.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are beginning to appreciate and consider the impact of business operations on the environment, showing foundational knowledge in sustainable practices and compliance with environmental regulations.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level, you are able to demonstrate a strong understanding of environmental issues, incorporating sustainability practices into decision-making processes, and leading by example in promoting eco-friendly initiatives within the organization.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level, you are able to proactively identify environmental issues, integrate sustainability practices into decision-making, and advocate for environmentally conscious initiatives within the organization as an Emerging Leader.
