This capability requires sound knowledge of operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure consistent performance and avoid any potential risks or accidents.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are familiar with basic equipment operation methods and safety protocols, but require guidance to perform tasks proficiently as a Frontline Worker.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are skilled in operating equipment necessary for your frontline role, demonstrating a solid understanding of safety protocols and efficiently maintaining machinery to ensure smooth operations.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to expertly operate all necessary equipment, troubleshoot complex issues independently, and mentor others in equipment operation, exemplifying mastery in Frontline Worker roles.
