Fire Safety Management

Fire Safety Management is the proactive practice of identifying and controlling fire hazards to maintain a safe, compliant workplace. It includes risk assessment, implementation of preventive and protective measures, emergency planning, and training employees on fire safety protocols to promote environmental health and safety.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are developing awareness of fire safety management. You understand basic protocols, regulations and can identify common fire-related risks within Environmental Health and Safety.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level you are able to develop and implement fire safety management strategies, conduct regular fire drills, and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations to mitigate fire risks.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are able to develop and implement comprehensive fire safety management strategies to ensure the protection of personnel, property, and the environment in accordance with EHS regulations.
