Governance and Compliance
Governance and Compliance is the capacity to effectively institute and uphold policies, practices and regulations related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. It involves risk management, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, implementing ethical standards, and encouraging responsible organizational behavior in ESG concerns.
Level 1: Emerging
At an emerging level, you are gaining knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance principles. You understand basic regulatory requirements and are learning to apply these in everyday work situations.
Level 2: Proficient
At a proficient level you are able to effectively navigate and ensure adherence to environmental, social, and governance regulations, policies, and standards within the organization.
Level 3: Advanced
At an advanced level you are able to effectively navigate and implement complex governance structures, ensuring full compliance with environmental, social, and governance regulations and standards within the organization.
