Instructional Design

At an emerging level, you are starting to apply instructional design principles and programming in a Learning and Development context, under continuous supervision and limited in decision-making.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to design and develop high-quality learning materials that effectively meet the needs of learners and align with organizational objectives in the field of Learning and Development.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are proficient in creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that effectively meet the diverse needs of learners and maximize learning outcomes in the organizational setting.
