At a proficient level you are adept at facilitating discussions between individuals from different cultures, resolving conflicts, and promoting understanding and respect in diverse and inclusive environments.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level you are adept at facilitating conversations between individuals from different cultural backgrounds, fostering understanding, respect, and collaboration to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.
