Learning Assessment Design

At a proficient level, you are able to design comprehensive learning assessments that align with learning objectives and engage participants effectively, ensuring accurate measurement of knowledge and skills acquired.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to design complex learning assessments that align with organizational goals and measure the effectiveness of training programs in driving employee development within the organization.
