Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level, you are becoming familiar with diverse cultures, exploring inclusiveness and cultivating an understanding of social equality principles within a counselling context.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are able to effectively engage and support individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds in counseling, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and respect for their unique experiences and perspectives.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are able to implement culturally sensitive counseling techniques, adapt interventions to different cultural backgrounds, and navigate complex intersectional identities with skill and empathy.
