Multitasking Skills is the aptitude to simultaneously manage and effectively execute multiple tasks. For Frontline Workers, this involves balancing customer interactions, task execution, and unexpected challenges, while maintaining proficiency in job performance and ensuring successful and efficient completion of all tasks.

Level 1: Emerging

At an emerging level you are developing your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You can pivot between tasks, prioritising urgency and importance, whilst minimising mistakes and delays.

Level 2: Proficient

At a proficient level, you are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced Frontline Worker environment. You prioritize effectively, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.

Level 3: Advanced

At an advanced level, you are adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively as a Frontline Worker. You can prioritize and manage your time to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
